We initially met Casey when he helped us with an audit problem on an old policy that had been written through Slaton Insurance in years past. He was helpful enough with our audit problem that we allowed him to "get his foot in the door" and quote our workers compensation coverage. The proposal he brought in was competitive, but it was not the lowest-priced quote we had on the table. What made the difference was that Casey and his staff offered several services you wouldn’t normally expect from an insurance agent. Those services, such as human resource support, experience mod. analysis, and premium audit preparation, differentiated his agency from the rest of the competition.
